In light of our future management and capital strategies, our company has, since the beginning of this year, been proceeding with the establishment of a wholly owned holding company (one that holds 100% of all issued shares) under which GI Capital Management (GICAM) will become a wholly owned subsidiary.
On September 20 of this year, the holding company was successfully established. Upon completion of the registration procedures, we submitted the required notifications to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau, our supervisory authority, as well as to the various industry associations to which our company belongs. Having received final confirmation of acceptance, we have now concluded all official procedures.
Going forward, GICAM will conduct its operations with a stronger emphasis on efficiency as a wholly owned subsidiary of GI Capital Holdings Ltd.
As a corporate group, we will continue to devote ourselves to further enhancing our group’s overall value.
