GI Capital Management Ltd. has established Minami-Aoyama via GK to construct and operate a luxury rental apartment complex with integrated commercial facilities in Minami-Aoyama 3-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and has commenced the project.
The location is in an area concentrated with renowned fashion streets such as “Omotesando,” “Meiji-dori,” “Takeshita-dori,” “Aoyama-dori,” “Miyuki-dori,” and “Kotto-dori.” The district is strongly associated with trend-consciousness and is one of Japan’s foremost commercial hubs, centered on Omotesando, which hosts numerous flagship stores and select shops of both domestic and international brands. The property is situated in both a prime commercial and luxury residential area, conveniently located within a 7-minute walk from “Omotesando” Station and an 8-minute walk from “Gaienmae” Station.
The concept is to create a new base where commercial and residential spaces seamlessly intersect along an interior-design-oriented “street (via)” that connects to world-famous fashion brands, disseminating design, art, and culture while activating the street (via).
